Models and Datasets

Based on POLIMI data for the Aileron (D1-14) and CIRA data for the Morphing Flap (D1-13), the following models and datasets were delivered:

• 3D installation model including weight, geometry, and key dimensions to support wing integration and compliance verification.
• Performance models and supporting datasets for dynamic performance assessment, including thermal constraints across duty cycles and reliability evaluations of the selected technologies and configurations.
• EMA sizing dataset for the morphing system, consolidating key parameters such as weight, 3D envelope, thermal behavior, reliability, and associated risks.
• Integration of the Morphing Aileron Actuator performance model into the Wing Aileron Performance Model.
