The HERWINGT General Assembly #3, held on 4–5 November 2025 at RTA facilities in Vienna and online via MS Teams, brought together consortium partners under the coordination of Airbus Defence and Space SA to review project progress, and plan the road to completion. The session opened with acknowledgements to RTA for hosting, confirmation of quorum, and a clear agenda that included a status review and partner presentations. Looking ahead, the 2026 calendar, with over 25 partners spanning major aerospace companies, research institutions, and universities, the consortium reaffirmed its commitment to advancing hybrid-electric wing integration technologies within the Clean Aviation program, ensuring alignment of deliverables and milestones with expenditure and preparing for a successful final review. These sessions will explore the latest advancements in sustainable aviation, with a focus on hybrid-electric propulsion, cross-project synergies, and collaborative innovation across European initiatives.
